This BUDGIT hoist here is perfect size for a 12 foot or less ceiling shop , because the chain goes down a little over 10 feet plus the 1 foot tall block and Tackle hoist puts the hook right at the floor level. The manual pulling chain only hangs about 4 feet below the hoist itself.
