Here I have an unknown mfgr Pole Line Hoist, sold in AS IS condition. I can't seem to find the manufactuer, so I don't know if parts are available. The drum turns back and forth freely about 1/4" each way, but then catches. Not sure if it's broken or if it's locked and I don't know how to unlock?
