PLEASE NOTE: The Copperhead™ Heat Sink (Separate Listing) is only compatible with the Copperhead™ Standard Heat Break because our Copperhead™ Heat Sink (Separate Listing) uses a shank and collar mechanism (no threading) to hold onto the heat break.
Should I get the Mosquito™ or the Copperhead™?
The Mosquito™ and the Copperhead™ share our Bimetallic Heat Break™ technology, are both designed for high performance applications, and are beautifully designed and machined in America; but the similarities end there. The Copperhead™ is a traditional style hotend aimed at reducing heat creep and improving high temperature performance. It is the more budget conscious option. The Mosquito™ has a radical design featuring a protective roll cage around the most thermally efficient heat break (85%!) available on the market. It allows for cold, one handed nozzle changes. Both options improve performance, so the choice is yours!
