Used. Comes in non original packaging.  The ratchet hoist has some wear and tear from previous use. There are some paint chips and rust residue on the chains. Cosmetics may differ slightly from pictures.
Notes:
Testing included lifting the lever chain hoist with a forklift and adding an 80 pound weight to the end of the lift chain (forklift and weight not included). On the lever, the up and down position switched with no problems. The hoist lifted the weight on the up position and descended on the down position with no issues. No further tests were performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
