This is a long 92" wide overhead wire rope electric hoist. I am calling it used even though I think it older but never installed (see picture of cable how lined up the lines are). Either way selling as used, but guaranteed to be in good working condition. Hoist comes as pictured. I included the remote pendant that came with it, but cant say for sure it is the correct remote. Please see the picture of the badge for specs, I was not able to find more info on the unit.
